I am a multi-media creative: an artist, a writer, a baker, and a Cake Historian. My first book, The Baker's Appendix, was published by Clarkson Potter in March 2017. For fourteen years I was with the Penguin Publishing Group (a subset of Penguin Random House), the last nine as a Senior Marketing Designer working on all aspects of advertising and promotions across a variety of imprints.
